What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care within the home health care framework
- Maintain accurate medical records and data entry related to patient scheduling
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with home health care regulations and standards
- Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care and scheduling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in data entry, word processing, or medical records maintenance in a medical customer service environment
- Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Previous home health scheduling experience
- Familiarity with home health care regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in medical software and scheduling systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
