What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and manage patient routing for incoming telephone calls
- Receive patients and assist with their administrative needs
- Perform various administrative functions to support healthcare operations
- Maintain effective communication with patients and staff
- Utilize basic computer skills to assist with administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in additional languages is preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
