  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services
  - Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
  - Support patient care across the network of imaging centers
  - Assist with inquiries and resolve scheduling issues
  - Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
  - Proficient in basic computer and data entry skills
  - A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
  - Previous experience in a call center or medical environment is a plus
  - Must be available to work on-site at the designated location

  - Experience in a medical scheduling role or familiarity with healthcare services
