      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers and services
      - Assist in maintaining and updating provider contact information
      - Ensure accurate entry of medical appointments and patient information into the electronic medical system
      - Follow site-specific protocols and maintain compliance documentation
      - Perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
      - No prior experience required
      - Ability to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs
      - Capable of performing various physical movements, including sitting, standing, and reaching
      - Proficient in keyboard use and data entry

      - Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
