      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule all procedures and answer incoming calls courteously and professionally
      - Communicate with referring physicians for patients experiencing scheduling difficulties
      - Enter and update accurate information in the Radiology Information System (RIS) for appointments
      - Pre-register patients, scan documents, and input clinical data as necessary
      - Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient boundaries during interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma and/or at least 1 year of medical/radiology office work experience or medical training
      - Strong ability to multi-task with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
      - Ability to foster teamwork and demonstrate interpersonal awareness
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Effective communication and professional behavior toward patients and coworkers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills are preferred
