What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Properly schedule all procedures and manage incoming calls professionally

- Ensure the safeguarding of patient health information and company property

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and/or at least 1 year of medical or radiology office experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
