Job Description
- Req#: 784996
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Create and update records and databases related to scheduling and payroll.
- Manage schedules in Winteam to maintain adequate coverage at all times.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with Security Professionals to manage scheduling, time-off requests, and overtime effectively.
- Prepare and run required reports, reviewing them with management to address any operational issues.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional-level experience in scheduling security professionals.
- Proficiency in Winteam and Ehub is required.
- Strong administrative skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration preferred.
- Valid driver's license (may be required).
- Prior experience in the security industry or customer service.
- College degree or coursework in related fields.
