      Plains is looking for a motivated Scheduling Analyst to join our Pipeline Commercial Analysis team in Houston, Texas. While reporting to the Manager of Pipeline Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for the preparation and support of internal month-to-date tracking and reporting for Plains.

      Responsibilities:

      • Compile and prepare weekly month-to-date crude oil volume reports for pipeline systems.

      • Ensure the accuracy of reports submitted to management.

      • Ensure the compilation, reconciliation, and organization of all support files.

      • Maintain a thorough awareness and understanding of physical changes made to each pipeline system and modify reports to match.

      • Provide support for Pipeline Scheduling and Pipeline Commercial Operations as needed.

      • Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis projects as they occur.

      • Engage in frequent communications with field operating personnel, pipeline commercial, internal management, and customers.

      Qualifications:

      • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

      • Basic knowledge of pipeline operations

      • Ability to multi-task and work independently

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Word and Excel and PC applications

      • Cleared criminal history (background) check and satisfactory reference checks

      • Compliance with the company’s Drug & Alcohol Policy including pre-employment testing
