      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule accurate and timely appointments for patients and families
      - Provide excellent customer service and support to patients, families, and clinic partners
      - Coordinate scheduling across specialties in Ambulatory Specialty Clinics
      - Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
      - Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and commitment to teamwork

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of one (1) year customer service and/or administrative support experience
      - Experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy
      - Complete epic training and obtain a passing score on the End User Proficiency Assessment (EUPA) test within 2 weeks of start date

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Three (3) years experience working in a health care setting or related field
      - Significant experience working with the general public in a health care/customer service environment
      - Familiarity with other cultures/bilingual skills
      - Experience in Epic Cadence
