What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and interview teams using Outlook calendaring
- Schedule debrief conversations for recruiters and interview teams to gather feedback
- Act as the primary contact for candidates regarding logistical questions during the interview process
- Handle travel arrangements for on-site interviews, including flights, hotel, and transportation
- Process expense reports for accounts payable related to travel and candidate reimbursements
- Communicate clearly with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams regarding interview details and any changes or updates
- Escalate declined interviews and scheduling conflicts to the appropriate parties for resolution
- Manage scheduling capacity and know when to seek assistance from the team and supervisor
- Respond professionally and efficiently to inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior scheduling, administrative, or coordination experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Quick problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- High degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
- Technical experience with Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel
- Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Experience processing travel expenses with SAP/Concur Travel and Expenses
