What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Efficiently schedule appointments for patients within the Otolaryngology department
- Provide excellent patient care by ensuring a smooth scheduling process
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to coordinate appointments
- Maintain attention to detail in managing schedules and patient information
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall patient experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and appointment scheduling software
