What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet established contact and sales goals
- Accurately enter orders and data into the customer contact program
- Conduct customer demonstrations of digital components
- Present and answer questions on the features and benefits of classroom magazines
- Assist educators with their subscription renewals for the upcoming school year

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with phone sales, customer service, or education products is helpful but not required
- Ability to host WebEx sessions
