      The Role: Associate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist - NV (Temp-To-Hire)

      We are looking for empathetic, compassionate, and pediatric-focused professionals to join our growing Mental Health team.

      As a Virtual, Associate Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students across the country.

      Schedule: This is a full-time 40 hour a week, Temp-To-Hire W2 position. See below more details regarding the schedule requirements:

      • 5 days per week
      • Monday - Friday
      • NO weekends upon initial hire
      • 2 evenings until at least 7 pm, local time, except Wednesday and Friday

      Location: Remote - NV

      What You’ll Do:

      • Provide virtual consultation and solution focused therapeutic interventions for children in grades K-12
      • Provide virtual consultation crisis intervention services for children in grades K-12
      • Provide culturally relevant counseling and treatment
      • Collaborate with care management team to identify and support transition services
      • Participate in trainings, meetings, and other activities
      • We will provide you with a fully licensed supervisor with required supervision sessions

      Your Background:

      • Passion for our mission
      • Active Nevada state RMFT, LPCR, or Associate Social Work license
      • Minimum of 1 year experience in pediatric mental/behavioral health
      • Experience working in a school-based setting or with school aged children
      • Self-motivated and eager to create a positive difference in the lives of students
      • Experience providing therapy through telehealth preferred
      • Technological skills to include the ability to learn new software and programs and complete digital paperwork
      • Effective communicator through multiple channels (phone, video, email, in-person)
      • We will provide you with a fully licensed, state qualified supervisor for required supervision sessions. The assigned Hazel clinical supervisor is required to be listed with the board as your supervisor for the duration of employment.
      • Willingness/ability to go through Hazel's credentialing process
      • Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, Filipino and Tagalog fluency highly desired
      • Full-Time, year-round employment

      Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $82,600 to $92,350 (12-month schedule), a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
