- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive school-based mental health programs, while also providing direct clinical services to students such as assessments, treatment planning, and individual/group therapy.
- Coordinate and provide meticulous clinical documentation to support successful Medi-Cal claims billing and reimbursement through the DHCS.
- Drive the mental health referral process, ensure effective communication by collaborating with teachers and families, and maintain a network of support by coordinating with county and community mental health agencies.
- Manage the dual functions of the role, including program development, data management, and staff collaboration, while maintaining advanced clinical skills in direct assessment and therapy for children and families.
- Master's Degree in relevant field (Required)
- Valid California Clinical License as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience with school-based Medi-Cal/DHCS policies and claims billing/coding
- Top Compensation: Earn rates ranging from $68.70 - $70.60 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
