What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze district and school data to identify strengths and needs for planning services
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate professional learning to support teaching and learning improvement
- Coach teachers, provide feedback, and assist with evidence-based teaching practices
- Provide technical assistance and coordination to school improvement efforts
- Maintain communication among program staff, clients, and partner organizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Education
- Experience presenting to groups of educators
- Experience facilitating collaborative work in educational settings
- Ability to perform data analysis and interpretation
- Solid writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Familiarity with standards-based curriculum, instructional, and assessment practices
- Experience working with English Learners and special education students
- Experience at various levels of instruction
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Literacy, Mathematics, School Administration, Curriculum Development, etc.
