      SCIB Analyst, DCM Corporates (DACH Region)

      Business area introduction

      Debt Capital Markets at Santander CIB services corporate clients, financial and public sector institutions with the issuance of bonds and private placements.

      The Corporate DCM DACH desk focuses on origination and execution of bond transactions for Corporate issuers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

      Key activities

      • Support senior team members in the client coverage for DCM products, focusing on German, Austrian and Swiss Corporates
      • Prepare client presentations and updates tailored to the German-speaking client base
      • Execute bond deals in the public and private bond markets
      • Work closely with bond syndicate, legal, hybrid capital, liability management and ESG teams, debt advisory, risk solutions, banking & corporate finance and the wider DCM team

      What we’re looking for

      • Fixed income affinity, ideally with experience in DCM origination or similar role
      • English and ideally German fluency
      • Strong work ethic, analytical and presentation skills
      • Degree level education in a relevant subject (e.g. Finance, Economics, Science)

      What else you need to know

      This role is based in our Triton Square office in London, conveniently located within walking distance from Euston Station and Warren Street Station.
