What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a full lifecycle recruitment process for sourcing and selecting diverse research and bioscience employees
- Oversee the creation and quality control of job descriptions to accurately reflect position requirements
- Proactively source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates using various methods
- Build and maintain a network to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements throughout the hiring process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, human resources, management, biomedical, health, research science, or a related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in sourcing and recruiting diverse health sciences and scientific professionals
- Demonstrated experience in applying DEIA practices within recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced professional proficiency in written and spoken English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- NIH experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing strategic recruitment strategies
