Develop high-precision optical metrology for the adjustment and qualification of lithography lenses
Design, specify, and implement machine components and the corresponding calibration concepts, processes and algorithms
Manage work packages and sub-projects to ensure performance, timing and costs
Lead a dynamic research and development team from different departments
Identify, commission and coordinate internal and external development partners and suppliers
Develop, implement and evaluate tests in a laboratory environment for the verification of metrology components and modules
A very good university degree with a technical or scientific focus, for example physics, mathematics, mechatronics, or a similar qualification, preferably with a doctorate
Knowledge in the field of technical optics and optical metrology.
Experience in specification, selection, setup and qualification of optical components and modules
Experience in the evaluation and presentation of complex data, preferably in MATLAB
Experience in the management of technological projects
A high level of initiative and commitment and the ability to work in a high-performance team
Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and a well-structured way of working
Good German and English skills (B2)
