      In this interesting role you will own and manage the customer experience.

      You will have the responsibility for end-to-end customer experience within the assigned scope in SCM, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customer.

      Ideally you will be based in Aarhus, Denmark – but for the right candidate other European locations will be considered.

      Key Responsibilities

      One of your main areas of responsibility will be to manage end-to-end shipment process, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customer.

      You will own all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.


      Who are we looking for

      The successful person will have a relevant education combined with some hands on experience.

      The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the end to end process for optimizing customer experience.

      Experience within Air freight is an advantage, but not a requirement.

      Furthermore you:

      • Have strong interpersonal and team working skills with a “self-starter” attitude
      • Should have a strategic and analytic mind-set and have experience of working with multiple stakeholders across cultures and seniority
      • Are able to zoom in on the relevant details while keeping the holistic overview at the same time.
      • Are structure and detail-oriented
      • Proven ability to influence without authority and engage confidently with leaders at all levels
      • Have a high level of English.
