      Score Champion

      Schedule: 3rd Shift | 7pm-7am | Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

      What does a successful Score Champion Associate do?

      As a Score Champion Associate, you will receive comprehensive training on the proper aggregation and scheduling of work to optimize batch efficiency and effectively support multiple departments. Work assignments will be prioritized and scheduled based on priority status and machine criteria, ensuring the achievement of production goals while meeting delivery date commitments.

      What you will do:

      • Monitor requests on jobs needing to be expedited and prioritize them for immediate attention, ensuring they are moved to the front of the line.
      • Collate paperwork into comprehensive job packets and facilitate their timely forwarding to the respective departments for efficient handling.
      • Process all unplanned job orders accurately and promptly within the designated inventory system, ensuring seamless material picking and expedited delivery to the correct department.
      • Schedule work assignments considering priority status, machine criteria, due date, and other relevant factors to meet commitments and maintain productivity.
      • Work with associates in team effort to further company goals concerning efficiency, safety, quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

      What you will need to have:

      • Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
      • Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation).
      • Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
      • Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often.
      • Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.

      What would be great to have:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Prior experience working in a high-volume production environment.
      • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
