- Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines
- Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Restocking all items needed throughout shift
- Cleaning and maintaining stations while practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
- Performing additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen Manager
- Adhering to all Spinato’s Specifications and Recipes
- Adhering to all Spinato’s Policies and Procedures as stated in your employee handbook
- Adhering to all proper food handling procedures as set forth by the local Health Board Agency
