Job Description
- Req#: 69941
- Coordinate with department representatives to determine final disposition of scrapped materials.
- This person will be responsible for making sure parts are removed per corporate, state, and local guidelines.
- Responsible for movement and disposal of equipment in scrap containers.
- Identify, tag and track disposed scrap materials in the Chimas system to ensure accurate inventories of materials on hand (scrap versus material in stock).
- 1 years directly related experience in material scrap processing, material handling and inventory, hazardous material waste handling/disposal.
- MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) experience preferred.
- Chimos experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

The primary responsibility of the Scrap Processing Technician is to verify, validate, document, and report scrap materials. Duties include:
