What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product growth through exceptional virtual interactions to promote the SHIELD blood test for Colorectal Cancer (CRC)
- Achieve sales targets by effectively prospecting and building relationships with healthcare providers
- Utilize analytical insights to uncover new business opportunities and convert leads into active accounts
- Educate and support healthcare providers in integrating SHIELD into their practices
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to present complex information clearly
- Ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge quickly
- Strong customer service skills, including negotiation and problem-solving
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva is preferred

- Demonstrated virtual selling experience, including overcoming objections and aligning client needs with products
