  Screw Machine Operator 2nd Shift – Dixon Quick Coupling
  Location: Dallas, NC | Shift Hours: 2:55 PM – 11:25 PM, Monday through Friday | Shift Premium: 20%

  What You'll Do:

  • Learn to operate and maintain multi-spindle screw machines

  • Perform inspections and follow machining processes

  • Keep your workspace clean and prioritize safety at all times

  • Support the team with additional duties as needed

  What We're Looking For:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine work
  • Previous work on machines in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to read blueprints and use shop mathematics
  • Great attitude!

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
