      WHAT YOU’LL DO

      We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our development team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that the development team is able to work effectively and efficiently. The Scrum Master will provide coaching and guidance to the team to help them improve their skills and deliver high-quality results.

      • Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, iteration reviews, retrospectives, iteration and release planning, and product backlog refinement sessions.
      • Collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog.
      • Effectively manage user story estimation and forecasting.
      • Proactively identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
      • Represent the team at broader planning and coordination sessions (e.g., Scrum of Scrums).
      • Support the team in using agile planning and development tools such as Azure Devops.
      • Experiment with new practices and frameworks to improve team outcomes.
      • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization.
      • Communicate with leaders across the organization to ensure transparency into delivery progress, challenges, and risks.

      WHO YOU ARE

      As a Scrum Master, you are a servant-leader responsible for facilitating the Scrum process for your development team. You are a coach, facilitator, and leader who helps the team follow Scrum values, practices, and rules. You are knowledgeable about Scrum and Agile principles and have experience with a variety of techniques and tools that can help the team be more effective. You also serve as a buffer between the team and external influences, protecting the team from distractions and interruptions. You are able to foster a collaborative and transparent culture within the team, and you continuously work to improve the team's process and effectiveness.

      • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience with agile development.
      • Experience using agile delivery tools for managing progress and for reporting and analytics.
      • CSM or other relevant certification.
      • Deep knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies including SCRUM and Scaled Agile (SAFe®).
      • Experience working with Scrum tools and technologies.
      • 3+ years of experience managing multiple Scrum teams.
