      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a change agent, fostering agile transformation within teams
      - Facilitate Scrum processes and events to enhance team maturity and effectiveness
      - Create an agile mindset focused on delivering high-value increments
      - Enable teams to develop sprint goals, robust product backlogs, and acceptance criteria
      - Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 6 years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master, or Product Owner
      - At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master
      - Expert facilitation, problem-solving, and influencing skills
      - Proficient knowledge of agile tool suites such as Atlassian and MS Teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Project Manager in a waterfall environment
      - Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies
      - Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation
      - Experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment
