      Job Responsibilities:

      - Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
      - Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements.
      - Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring appropriate project process.
      - Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting goals or milestones.

      Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

      - Works under minimal supervision and handles complex issues and problems.
      - Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
      - Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a subordinate group.
      - May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
      - Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience; may require Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
      - Ability to foster teamwork, develop and mentor others, and make effective decisions.
      - Strong management, customer/client orientation, and technical expertise.
      - Proficient in computer skills, project management, and effective verbal and written communication.
      - Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
      - Well-versed in the industry and the company's competitors.
      - Excellent multitasking skills and ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.

      Travel Requirements:

      - 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

      Physical/Work Environment Requirements:

      - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
      - Climbing stairs and remaining in a stationary position.
      - Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
      - Requires a quiet environment and light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.
