What is Required (Qualifications):

- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
- Minimum one year of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
- Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with Agile techniques and technologies
- Exceptional communication and mentoring skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II)
- Minimum two years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches and techniques
- Previous experience as a team lead
- Familiarity with a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in intentional gaps in the Scrum approach
