      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team
      - Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies
      - Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress
      - Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates
      - Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies
      - Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience
      - Proven ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members
      - Demonstrated skills in monitoring and tracking project progress
      - Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related degree
      - Experience working in a Scrum Master role
      - Familiarity with tools and techniques for Agile project management
      - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles
      - Ability to facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within a team
