      Detailed description: We are looking for a Scrum Master who shares our passion for agile product development and is able to drive it forward. Our autonomous teams are responsible for Design, Development, Quality Assurance and most importantly for delivering value to our customers.

      What You´ll Do

      • Organize and facilitate productive and effective meetings, agile ceremonies & workshops

      • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

      • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

      • Coach product owners on effective product backlog management, release planning and value delivery

      • Be attentive of the motivation of people in the teams and work closely with the team leads in improving their days

      What We´re Looking For

      • Degree in Computer Science, or similar field

      • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

      • 6+ years of experience in the software development area (project manager/product manager/developer background)

      • Experience in using and configuring Jira

      • Someone who enthusiastically exemplifies the Agile principles and values

      • A people centric approach with a passion for helping the people and teams to grow

      • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

      Nice to have:

      • Experience with various methodologies such as Lean UX, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban

      • Certified Advance Scrum Master accreditation
