PEC is a business platform that sits within Consumer Relationships and plays a critical role in supporting the achievement of the Group strategic view. We work closely and collaboratively across the Platform leadership team to grow, protecting and deepening customer relationships. PEC enables & delivers personalised customer communications and experiences across all channels, media and business areas. This includes the data, analytics, and technology to unlock the value of differentiating our branded channel experiences, proposition, price and communication; as well as paper-free sustainable ambitions.

As a Scrum Master you’ll translate business requirements into technical solutions. And support the delivery of the labs objectives and key results. Working in a highly collaborative way, you'll drive efforts to create, build, support and improve our software, working closely with the product and engineering teams with lots of exciting new challenges. You'll be a core contributor to ensure good quality and engineering practices are followed in accordance with engineering transformation strategy.

      Accountabilities:

      • Help the team to continuously improve their efficiency to delivery incremental value to customers and colleagues, whilst adapting to customer & colleague feedback.

      • Collaborate with the Product Owner and team, to ensure a balanced prioritised product backlog.

      • Mentor and facilitate the team in self-organisation and cross-functionality, including delivering agile training and removing issues, blockers and impediments to the Team's progress.

      • Identify and drive capability uplift in teams against strategic capabilities.

      • Gain a detailed understanding of the application of agile risk management in the bank through experience of it or similar applications.

Passionate about Agile and embedding the principles across the team and the wider organisation, you have a continuous improvement mentality and ambition to finding new ways of working.

We'll also be looking for you to motivate and empower others, influence positively and bring energy and enthusiasm to the team.
