Lead agile project planning and sprint execution from intake through delivery.

Coordinate discovery (funding, feasibility, strategic alignment) and early-stage requirement sessions.

Define, prioritize, and groom product backlogs; facilitate all agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, demos).

Oversee project budgets and track quantitative/qualitative performance metrics; drive inspect-and-adapt actions.

Align cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain high team performance and diversity.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Produce and distribute project status, risk, and decision communications to product owners and leadership.

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field (preferred).

Current Agile certification(s) (preferred).

5–7 years hands-on experience with Agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence required).

Proven record of leading agile transformations, backlog management, and budget tracking.

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities; acute attention to detail.

Demonstrated skill in stakeholder communication, customer-needs synthesis, and conflict resolution.
