What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Use agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver project solutions while facilitating communication between external groups and the project team
- Facilitate daily team meetings to monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks
- Organize demos and product/system testing, ensuring effective collaborative processes
- Track project processes, deliverables, and financials, preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
- Promote transparency and issue resolution through rigorous data governance practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization
- Scrum Certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management
- Strong communication skills for facilitating team meetings and stakeholder updates
- Proven ability to manage project progress and remove impediments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
- Working knowledge of Jira
- Experience with Business Process Automation
- Banking industry experience or Scrum Master experience in other industries
