      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
      - Facilitate daily team meetings to monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks
      - Plan and organize demos and product/system testing while removing team impediments
      - Track project processes, deliverables, and financials, and prepare status reports for stakeholders
      - Coach the team in Agile mindset, methodologies, processes, practices, and tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
      - Strong understanding of the Agile framework and practices
      - Experience in project coordination and team leadership
      - Ability to track project deliverables and monitor team performance for continuous improvement
      - Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
      - Scrum Master Certification
      - Knowledge of the banking domain and payments industry
      - Experience in leading Agile team ceremonies and practices
