      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
      - Facilitate daily team meetings to update project progress and address potential roadblocks
      - Organize demos and product/system testing while ensuring collaborative processes are followed
      - Track project processes, deliverables, and financials, preparing status reports for stakeholders
      - Drive a culture of agility and learning within the development teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
      - Scrum Master Certification is required
      - Current or former experience as a contractor or contingent worker for the employer or its subsidiaries
      - Strong understanding of agile practices and methodologies
      - Excellent communication and facilitation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a leadership role within software development teams
      - Familiarity with project management tools and software
      - Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment
      - Proven track record of improving team efficiency and processes
      - Additional certifications related to agile methodologies
