What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver project solutions
- Facilitate daily team meetings to monitor project progress and address roadblocks
- Organize demos and product/system testing, ensuring effective collaborative processes
- Track project processes, deliverables, and financials while preparing status reports for stakeholders
- Mentor and motivate development teams to improve processes and eliminate impediments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
- Scrum Master Certification is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a current or past contractor with the employer or its subsidiaries
