Job Description
- Req#: 25-32300
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years (min) of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Microsoft ADO (Azure Dev/Ops) experience
- Agile trained and certified such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
- Worked on "custom" software development projects - PLEASE ELABORATE
- Soft Skills - charasmatic and excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Payrate : 90-95/hr. W-2, depending on experience. C2C is available too.

We are seeking a Scrum Master III for a project 'onsite' in downtown Houston TX.
No Hybrid and remote available. This is an onsite position.
Schedule: Mon – Thurs (8.75 hours), Fri (1/2 day)
