      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the scrum process and coach the team on utilizing scrum and Agile practices effectively
      - Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement
      - Manage inter-dependencies between agile teams and prepare for ART events and activities
      - Work with Product Owners on release planning and maintain a healthy backlog for execution
      - Analyze team productivity reports to continuously improve flow predictability and velocity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
      - 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master coaching development teams
      - Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and team-building events
      - 1-3 years of experience in Infrastructure and/or Security preferred
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Scrum Master outside of software development
      - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Target Process, and Service Now
      - Strong facilitation and presentation skills
      - Ability to conduct critical analysis and assist in defining future state designs
