      What you’ll do
      As a Scrum Master Manager, you'll develop and lead a team of high-performing Scrum Masters as they create cross functional performant Agile Development Teams.

      In this role you will be responsible for a team of expert Scrum Masters at various stages within their Agile career. You must live the Agile mindset with and through the Scrum Masters to achieve a positive culture where failure is celebrated, change through continuous improvement is normal and waste is eliminated.

      • You will provide leadership and support to your direct reports & assist in hiring and maintaining the best Agile talent.
      • You will be a Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and other senior leaders to question why we work the way we do. Be open to adjusting to achieve high performing software development teams.
      • You will be embedding operating models that value ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparency.
      • You will drive cultural change through OKRs and other techniques, constantly championing and evangelising the Agile mindset.
      • You will be regularly Mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices. Embedding DevOps behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery with multiple cross functional teams.
      • You will proactively and assertively removing multiple-team blockages.
      • You will showcase a focus on leadership through trust and empowerment; helping your reports to grow themselves and succeed in their career.
      • You will be engaging with others throughout Vodafone globally to share and learn through reuse.

      Who you are

      • You will have a proven track record of managing a team of highly performant Scrum Masters.
      • You will showcase the ability to create and promote a healthy culture where trust and empowerment are key.
      • You will be a leader that constructively questions everything, with a pragmatic approach towards results and continuous improvement.
      • You will have significant experience within a Scrum Master role.
      • You will adopt a data-first approach; using and developing insights to help Scrum Masters with their role.
      • You will have experience in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness and influencing across teams and departments.
      • You will possess excellent communication skills and experience, improving transparency and cross-fertilisation of information.
      • You will have a knowledge of and implementation experience of one or more scaled agile frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, etc.
