      Your contribution:

      • Coach teams in agile practices and serve as the guardian of Scrum principles.

      • Lead Scrum ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to promote transparency and continuous improvement.

      • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the backlog and ensure clear, prioritized user stories.

      • Monitor agile metrics (e.g., Burndown charts) and remove impediments to maintain team focus and velocity.

      • Foster effective cross-team communication and alignment with business objectives.

      What you bring along:

      • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

      • First experience as a SCRUM Master or in a similar agile role.

      • A solid understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.

      • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, demonstrating a proven ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.

      • Experience in technology-driven environments; a background in AI is highly desirable.
