What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead scrums and coordinate with the Product Manager to design and deliver customer experience initiatives
- Manage one of four specific workstreams: Public Website & Customer Onboarding, Customer & Account Servicing, Payments, or Security
- Facilitate collaboration among team members in a hybrid/waterfall environment
- Support the bank's transition toward more agile methodologies
- Ensure project goals align with client needs and business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master/Project Manager
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes
- Ability to work in a hybrid/waterfall environment, adaptable to changing methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
