What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and facilitate scrum meetings while removing blockers (PI Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups, Demos, etc.)
- Build relationships to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation within a cross-functional Agile software development team
- Promote Agile quality practices and serve as a resource for questions while coordinating across organizations
- Advise government personnel on process improvements and standardization
- Collaborate with senior client leadership teams in client-delivery engagements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience leading Agile teams with automated application deployments, scaling, and management
- Strong background in large-scale software development, data management, and software integration projects
- Expertise in the SAFe Agile framework

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs, tools, processes, and frameworks
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master
- Ability to obtain a government clearance
