      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers, including PI Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups, and Demos
      - Build relationships to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation across a highly cross-functional Agile software development team
      - Promote Agile quality practices and coordinate across organizations while serving as a resource for questions
      - Advise government personnel on improvements to standardize processes
      - Update, create, and maintain detailed project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, release notes, and process workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading an Agile development team with automating application deployments
      - Proven experience with large-scale software development, data management, and software integration projects
      - Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and capturing actions from meetings
      - Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SAFe Certified Scrum Master
      - Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and Kanban agile methods
      - Ability to obtain government clearance
      - Experience creating and maintaining documentation such as mapping documents, manuals, and ICDs
