      Position Summary:
      A scrum master is a servant leader in the agile delivery framework. In this position, the associate will work on multiple projects and/or delivery workstreams using Agile framework (primarily Kanban). Duties include mentoring lower-level team members (ex. Project Coordinator), driving delivery through effective task management, facilitating various ceremonies and removing impediments.

      This role is essential in driving delivery within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). This role will support the Director of Program Delivery by managing delivery for a minimum of two teams within the ETS organization.

      Position Responsibilities:
      • Drives delivery utilizing the Agile Framework, to include Kanban, Scrum and/or Agile ceremonies, etc.
      • Fostering an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous delivery and relentless focus towards people, process, and technology improvements. Provides support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
      • Effectively manage work in progress and remove impediments
      • Drive transparency and alignment by facilitating conversation
      • Promote the team to think through modern development practices like DevOps, security practices, SRE principles and coach the team on best practices
      • Identifies and resolves gaps in skills, processes, and resources
      • Guide the team to shift-left testing activities and employ practices to reduce defects
      • Performs other related duties as assigned


      Compensation

      $90-105k

      Required Qualifications

      Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

      Required Experience: 1 - 3 Years

      Information Technology/Systems or related area with Agile delivery experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interface with stakeholders across the company. Strong collaboration skills. Ability to translate technical “jargon” into language that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive highly functional technical teams, with competing priorities effectively and efficiently.

      Preferred Qualifications

      Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

      Preferred Experience: 1 - 3 Years, Expertise with JIRA preferred

      Preferred Professional Certification (s): Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master
