Job Description

- 4-year college degree from an accredited university with emphasis in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of related IT experience required, with 2 years demonstrating experience facilitating scrum activities in an Agile environment preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master or Advanced-Certified Scrum Master preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Azure DevOps, Visio) and other project management software tools.
- strong Agile skills in managing numerous small-to-medium size workstreams in a complex, cross-functional environment with an ability to manage numerous themes and epics simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.

- Serves as Scrum Master to lead Agile pods for IT teams in low-to-medium- complexity work streams while adhering to Agile principles.
- Identifies and manages current and future risks emerging due to business and/or IT activities.
- Paves the path for the team to be a self-organized team by encouraging continuous improvement, managing impediments, establishing Agile standards and team working agreements.
- Partners with Product Owners/ Product Managers to refine, help manage a healthy product backlog ensuring the product goals and objectives align with enterprise strategy and targeted business values.
- Facilitates all the Agile ceremonies within the IT pods to maintain successful cross-team communication.
- Ensures an effective process is identified for risk evaluation, measurement, monitor and control.
- Extensively involved in dependency tracking, removing impediments, and establishing Agile standards with respect to teams.
- Ensures team's progress is indicated via tools, documents, and metrics. Effectively shared with the team and leadership on a regular cadence per enterprise standards.
- Involved in creating and maintaining a working agreement between the members of the assigned IT development pods and Product Owners/Product Managers.
- Embrace and effectively involve in Scrum Master Community of Practice to apply the learnings towards personal and team's growth.
- Progressing the IT development pods through post-release maintenance also known as hypercharge to continue run the business support.
- Partner with Lead Scrum Master or IT Leadership to provide IT development pod sprint review on a regular basis.
- Serves as the company's primary point of contact for the selected third-party contractor(s), providing design and build services in support of product deliverables.
- Ensures terms and conditions of applicable contracts are enforced and/or managed in support of product deliverables.
- Always ensures safety, adhering to all applicable safety policies and complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensures to stay abreast and aligned with the enterprise release and change management process and standards, further effectively communicating with respective business stakeholders and team.
- Acts as Agile SME to product owners, development pods and management.
- Manages onshore/offshore vendor resources and consultants, as related to product support or value delivery initiatives.
- Support the continual growth of Agile delivery in IT EPMO and enterprise through coaching, suggestions and innovative problem solving.
- Provides mentorship to EPMO team members, helping onboard and educate on internal processes, culture, and tools.
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
