What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Scrum Master and Technical Product Owner for the Pathfinders Scrum Team
- Facilitate daily scrum calls and ensure effective communication within the project team
- Monitor project progress and provide timely feedback to stakeholders
- Gather requirements, refine capabilities, and create user stories for the OCM2.0 Grievances/Sanctions Product
- Drive a culture of agility and continuous learning within the team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Master cum Product Owner with 8-10 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate efficiently with project stakeholders
- Experience in managing the product backlog and making informed decisions
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and testable user stories
- Familiarity with defining acceptance criteria for user stories
- Participation in sprint planning and estimation activities
