      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring productive outcomes and adherence to Scrum principles
      - Coach and guide team members, stakeholders, and leadership in understanding Agile frameworks and business agility
      - Collaborate with Product Management to align product strategy with delivery efforts and business requirements
      - Address and eliminate impediments to enhance team performance and achieve iteration objectives
      - Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders about project status, risks, and mitigation plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Analysis roles
      - At least 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or acting in a Scrum Master capacity
      - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 or more years of experience in related industries, such as Financial Institutions
      - Certified Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification
      - Expertise in workflow tools like Azure DevOps and Jira
      - Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams
      - Familiarity with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
