  I am Andrius Dmuchovskis and I am leading TV & Media software development in Telia Global Services Lithuania. We are a great bunch of highly skilled professionals, responsible for development of Telia TV platforms that are serving hundreds of thousands of customers. Right now I am looking for a Scrum Master to join my team.

  Your next challenge?

  As a member of my team, you will help to implement the best agile practices, ways of working and drive improvements within the team. You will work in a team that develops high-end TV apps, solutions and integrations. The team is responsible for:

  • Design and development of multi-media apps
  • Implementation of easy to use UI
  • Co-operation with other Agile development team members in the production of a true cross-platform products
  • On-going maintenance of existing projects

  The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies within the team (such as quarterly planning sessions, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog refinement and daily stand-ups)
  • Helping the team to improve their ways of working by implementing the best agile practices
  • Working closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders to create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Maintaining and keeping the teams JIRA board and backlog up to date
  • Managing dependencies and helping the team to remove blockers

  Your experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Scrum Master
  • Knowledge of various agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe etc.)
  • Experience using Jira/Confluence
  • Coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills

  We would see as an advantage:

  • Knowledge about IT development lifecycle
  • SAFe or similar certificate

  Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 2761 to 4141 EUR (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
