What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and facilitate standard meetings such as backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Engage with business entities to remove obstacles and negotiate working agreements
- Assist the product owner in articulating, prioritizing, and detailing work requests
- Identify and resolve blocked or stalled stories within the team
- Provide training to new team members on agile processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with scrum and other agile frameworks
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Certification in agile methodologies
- Familiarity with digital media and advertising
