Summary
As our Scrum Master, you will help plan, organize, monitor, and record the progress of our software developers throughout various projects. First and foremost, your goal will be to facilitate and improve communication.
Mostly, this will mean communication between developers. You will help developers plan, distribute, and document their work through Jira Software. You will meet with product teams to see (and record) if their work has gone according to plan and help them create new plans moving forward. For project leaders, you will check that they are reviewing and testing code before merging it into projects, and properly documenting changes associated with pull requests and releases. For all of our developers, you will be a process coach - you will hold them accountable to standards and timelines, but all in an effort to help them stay organized.
